1. Digital Press Operator
This position would suit anyone with any experience in print, either finishing, prepress or currently operating any kind of digital printing device. Full training will be given to the right candidate.
Job Purpose
To produce digital print on HP Indigo Digital Printing Presses, to industry leading standards, in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have the desire to work as part of a team within a successful and expanding business and understand that a “can do” attitude is key to success.
Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
To process files and produce high-quality print on HP Indigo presses.
To follow work instructions accurately and efficiently
To maintain equipment to companies maintenance schedules
To maintain paper stock and supplies
To carry out work according to company procedures
Ensure that all customer enquiries/orders etc. are responded to and dealt with promptly and effectively
Maintain quality standards.
Maintain correct documentation
Undertake all training and development activities as required.
Support external and internal sales team as required
Be driven to achieve and maintain top quality products and customer service levels at all times
Any other reasonable duties as required, or at the request of management
Additional Accountabilities
Provide assistance and support to other members of the sales team as may be necessary to meet customer demands
Provide regular structured feedback to enable constant improvement of product and service levels
Ensure that all work carried out is in line with the company’s strive for continuous improvement
Implement and maintain best practice in communication at all times with colleagues

Desirable Criteria
Minimum of 2 years experience in a print environment or 1 years experience in a digital print environment. Preference will be give to anyone who has experience operating a digital press of any kind.
Qualifications
Minimum of GCSE at “C” grade or above in Mathematics and English Language

2. Experienced Sales Team
(Office Based, Full Time Permanent Position)
Experience in print sales arena is ESSENTIAL with preference given to someone with experience in the Digital Print arena. We are looking for someone with a proactive, dedicated, hardworking approach combined with the right attitude.
Job Purpose
Support field based sales team by preparing quotes and processing orders.
To grow the business.
To proactively sell to existing customers and prospects, respond to customer requests relating to quotations, general enquiries and to convert leads to sales.
Provide the best customer service within the print industry
Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Support external sales force as required
Develop effective, focused business relationships with customers ensuring that all customer enquiries/orders etc. are responded to and dealt with promptly and effectively
Identify and win new business by proactively promoting the company’s products and services and following up leads and quotations
Maintain contact with clients regarding supply of quotes, proof approval, delivery dates etc. throughout the duration of work in progress
Update computer system with amendments to enquiry/order/job specifications and maintain and update customer records
Be driven to achieve and maintain top quality customer service levels at all times
Additional Accountabilities
Answer incoming telephone calls
Make outgoing sales calls to customerS
Provide assistance and support to other members of the sales team as may be necessary to meet customer demands
Provide regular structured feedback to enable constant improvement of product and service levels

Implement and maintain best practice in communication at all times with customers and colleagues
